Delmarva Family Care is now forming in Delaware. We are not yet a licensed Delaware Personal Assistance Services Agency or an enrolled Delaware Medicaid provider, and we are not yet providing care services. Signing up is free, holds your place on our interest list, and is not a promise of employment or services. When licensing and enrollment are complete, we will contact families and caregivers in the order they signed up.

How it works

Three plain steps to get started. The full process is explained on our How It Works page — all seven steps, from the eligibility check to payday.

1. Check eligibility
We help you check Delaware Medicaid coverage and the level-of-care assessment, and confirm the authorized hours in a care plan.
2. Choose your caregiver
Your family chooses a caregiver you already know and trust — an adult child, relative, friend, or, for a child, a parent.
3. Care, verified — then payday
Visits are verified through an electronic visit verification app, Delmarva Family Care bills the health plan, and the caregiver is paid regular W-2 wages by Delmarva Family Care.
